PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupuncture needle with a needle tube capable of retaining the needle in the needle tube, fixing the needle tip in an air inside the needle tube, and saving a trouble from taking the needle out from a package to performing a therapy.;SOLUTION: This acupuncture needle with the needle tube is formed of the needle tube and the needle to be installed in the needle tube. The needle comprises a needle grip 3 and a needle strip, the needle grip 3 is provided with locking parts 4 and 5 having one or more projections in its circumferences in two places in the needle axial direction. The diameter of a tube hole of the needle tube in a part other than the upper end part of the needle tube is larger than the maximum diameter of the locking part and its diameter in the upper end part of the needle tube is larger than the diameter of the needle grip and smaller than the maximum diameter of the locking part. The interval between the first locking part 4 in the needle grip head part side and the second locking part 5 in the needle strip side is larger than the height of the circumferential wall of the locking hole, and the length h1 from the first locking part lower end to the tip of the needle is formed shorter than the whole length h2 of the needle tube.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
