PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sheet with protrusions which can surely mold the sheet while preventing the occurrence of wrinkles and the warpage of the sheet corresponding to the shape of the protrusions.;SOLUTION: A sheet molding mold 1 is equipped with a die cover 7, a molding plate 8, a base mold 9, and a stripping plate 11. The protrusions 12 are formed on the upper surface of the base mold 9. In the stripping plate 11, a through hole 13 is formed correspondingly to each protrusion 12 of the base mold 9 and engaged with the protrusion 12. The molding plate 8 is housed in the die cover 7. In the molding plate 8, two or more through holes 24 are formed correspondingly to each protrusion 12 of the base mold 9. In the sheet molding mold 1, the sheet 2 is held between the molding plate 8 and the stripping plate 11, the molding plate 8 is pushed down, and the protrusions are engaged with the through holes 24, thus producing the sheet 2 with the protrusions 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
