PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a trader by standardizing elements other than an estimated amount and taking the standardized element into consideration in the case of selecting a specific order receiving trader from a plurality of order receiving traders and to clarify and simplify a selection standard.;SOLUTION: A selection device having an auxiliary storage means in which a regular business estimation data base including regular estimated amount data and a standardized data base consisting of point data including the past record evaluation of a plurality of traders are stored and an information processing part sorts the point data of a plurality of order receiving traders from the standardized data base in the ascending order. Rates are set up in these order receiving traders on the basis of the sorted order and the regular estimated amount in multiplied by respective rates to rank the traders and primary evaluation for extracting the small number of traders in performed. When 1st estimated amounts to be the estimated amounts of practical business are presented from a plurality of traders, the 1st estimated amounts are multiplied by respective rates to generate 2nd estimated amounts, secondary evaluation for extracting a minimum amount from the 2nd estimated amounts is performed and the extracted order receiving trader is selected as a trader to which an order is to by given.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
