PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the stability of a combination state of a power generating facility which is in a power plant and equipped with a generator and, for example, a gas turbine driving the generator, and power load equipment, including a power converter as a load of the generator and a load of the converter, capable of solving a problem such as in conventional methods where taking measures for reduction in the number of construction process and cost reduction demands are difficult to be implemented and measure construction in a plant construction site, and high cost is required in a large-scale computer simulation or a simulator test, by individually testing each of the power generating facility and the power load equipment.;SOLUTION: A first natural frequency is obtained, by a combination test of the power generating facility and a resistance load for the test; a second natural frequency is obtained by a combination test of the power load equipment and the resistance load for the test; and the stability of the combination state is determined, by comparing the first natural frequency and the second natural frequency.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
