PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head runner capable of preventing the derailment of an auxiliary wheel from a curtain rail bottom surface without the danger of damaging the design of a curtain rail.;SOLUTION: The head runner comprises: a main body whose upper part is equipped in the curtain rail so as to freely travel and lower part is suspended from a rail groove; a cross arm projected from the head side of the main body lower part and offset to one side of the front and back to a curtain rail longitudinal direction center line; and the auxiliary wheel pivoted on the end side of the main body lower part and abutted to the other side of the front and back of the curtain rail bottom surface.
