PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data calibration method in a surface plasmon resonance spectrum measuring device capable of performing an accurate measurement even when miniaturized, and restraining costs.;SOLUTION: This method includes a step (201) for measuring water, acquiring first spectrum data at every predetermined temperature, and creating a database, a step (207) for measuring an unknown sample and acquiring second spectrum data and a temperature at the time of measurement, a step (204) for performing an optical calculation and acquiring fourth spectrum data, a step (206) for dividing the fourth spectrum data subjected to the Fourier transform by the third spectrum data subjected to the Fourier transform and acquiring first data, a step (209) for dividing the first data by second data derived by carrying out the Fourier transform to the second spectrum data and acquiring third data, and a step (211) for performing the inverse Fourier transform to the third data and acquiring calibration spectrum data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
