PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for fixing water-holding/drainage base material used for rooftop greening on a rooftop utilized for the rooftop-greening water-holding/drainage base material, and designed so as to fix the water-holding/drainage base material to a rooftop waterproof layer not to concrete for protecting the rooftop waterproof layer and satisfactorily protect the rooftop waterproof layer from plant roots. PSOLUTION: The fixing structure is used as follows: adhesively fixing a pedestal 13 having a large-area bottom on the rooftop waterproof layer 2; spreading a root-proofing sheet 3 on the pedestal; fixing a stud bolt 10 to the pedestal 13 in a standing posture; attaching a cylindrical member 14 to the stud bolt 10; filling sealing material 15 in the inner part of the cylindrical member 14; utilizing the stud bolt 10 to mount the water-holding/drainage base material 30; charging soil 36 on the water-holding/drainage base material to plant plants.
