PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method of a water-based paint waste solution and a treating apparatus therefor by which the water-based paint waste solution can be simply treated at a low cost.;SOLUTION: A blending process #100 is a process of blending the water-based paint waste solution with an alkali and, for example, epoxy resin-based paint of two component curing type is blended with sodium hydroxide to coagulate the water-based paint. A separation process #200 is a process of separating the water-based paint from the waste solution after the blending process #100 and the water-based paint is separated by a filter. A neutralizing process #300 is a process of blending the waste solution after the separation process #200 with an acid to carry out neutralization and, for example, the waste solution after separation is blended with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid. A filtering process #400 is a process of filtering the waste solution after the neutralizing process #300 and floating materials and metallic materials dissolved in the acids are separated and recovered by the filter and active carbon.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
