PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized control system and centralized control device of multiple facilities and a control method of multiple facilitites capable of reducing the occurrence of a trouble by the concentration of transmissions of state data to a centralized control device.;SOLUTION: This centralized control system of multiple facilities 1 comprises a plurality of facilities 2a-2f and the centralized control device 3. The facilities 2a-2f have facility equipment 20a-20f and controllers 21a-21f for storing operation data (state data) showing the state of the facility equipment 20a-20f, respectively. The centralized control device 3 manages the facilities 2a-2f. The controllers 21a-23g transmit the operation data to the centralized control device 3 through a communication network 4 at a transmitting time set for every facility 2a-2f.
