PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having both low surface adhesivity and surface polilshability and cleanability, useful for an antifouling agent composition capable of forming an antifouling coated film exhibiting excellent antifouling properties to various underwater organisms by making the subject composition include a specific polysiloxane-acrylic resin block copolymer, etc. ;SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a polysiloxane-acrylic resin block copolymer which has (i) a polysiloxane block, (ii) an acrylic resin block and (iii) a metal-containing bond of the formula -M-OCO-(GCOO)r-(CH2)p- (M is a bivalent metal; G is a bifunctional hydrocarbon; r is 0 or 1; p is 0-5) existing between the component (i) and the component ii or in the component ii and 0.002-1.5 dl/g intrinsic viscosity [η] (measured in a mixed solvent of xylene/n- butanol in the weight ratio of 4/1) and (B) a solvent capable of dissolving the component A in the ratio of preferably 30-70 wt.% of the component B based on the composition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
