PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel temperature-sensitive polymer having superior biocompatibility and being able to be provided at a low price, and to provide a temperature-sensitive medicament emission system formed by the temperature sensitive polymer and a chemical agent.;SOLUTION: The temperature-sensitive polymer has a polyglycerine skeleton as a main chain and comprises a repeating unit represented by formula (a) (wherein GL, X and R represent a glycerine residual group, a linker and a heat-responsive group, respectively). The polymer may be prepared by introducing a precursor X1 of a linker which is a monovalent organic group having a functional group capable of introducing a heat-responsive group to a polyglycerine which has a molecular weight of 120-12,000 and in which 50% or more of hydroxyl groups are primary, followed by introducing the heat-responsive group R.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
