PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colorimetry assisting device or the like which can efficiently obtain colorimetric results of a high accuracy for each color chip that constitutes a color chart printed on a printing medium. PSOLUTION: Information showing kinds of printing media usable by a printer (printing apparatus) 20, and information showing a stabilization time before coloring of the color chart is stabilized after the color chart with patches (color chips) arranged on the printing medium is formed by ink are related to each other and recorded into an information recording region R1. When an input of selecting the kind of the printing medium to be used by the printer 20 among the kinds of printing media usable by the printer 20 is received, controlling to make the color chart printed on the printing medium by ink is performed to the printer 20. The information showing the stabilization time corresponding to the kind of the printing medium for which the input is received is acquired from the information recording region R1.
