PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that relieves a load on users and efficiently distributes news in which the users may be interested to the users.;SOLUTION: A news distribution server 11 extracts names of staff members from a directory of company staff members database by using an enterprise name received from a user terminal 21 for a key. Furthermore, the server 11 uses a name of staff member for a key to extract names of people in a kinfolk/ acquaintance relation to the staff member from a kinfolk/acquaintance relation database. Upon the receipt of a novel news from a computer 31 of a news provider, the news distribution server 11 checks whether or not at least one of the enterprise name designated by the user, the name of staff member obtained as a result of extraction and the names in the kinfolk/acquaintance relation is described on a text of the novel news.
