PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the motion characteristics of a moving vehicle, with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: This device 10 for estimating vehicle motion characteristics comprises a lateral G sensor 40 and a yaw rate sensor 14 which are movable to an optional position.
