PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial waveguide conversion circuit which makes a contact state between a coaxial internal conductor and a waveguide matching component better than the existing structure, and increases heat radiation from the travelling wave tube to the waveguide.;SOLUTION: A fitting hole 207b of a single waveguide matching component 207A is a tapered round hole, and the hole diameter becomes thinner towards the tip of the component. In addition, an aperture diameter of the fitting hole 207a on the tip side of the component 207A is larger than the tipmost diameter of the coaxial internal conductor 205, and smaller than the diameter of the main body of the coaxial internal conductor 205. Consequently, when the coaxial internal conductor 205 is inserted into the fitting hole 207a of the waveguide matching component 207A; each cantilever support 207c divided by slots transforms matching the outer diameter of the coaxial internal conductor 205, and keeps a good contact state with the coaxial internal conductor 205 by its spring nature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
