PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy in traffic jam prediction.;SOLUTION: The traffic jam prediction device 110 includes: a traffic jam database 111; an event information acquisition part 112; a weather information acquisition part 113 and a prediction part 114. Past traffic jam information related to the past traffic jams is accumulated in the traffic jam database 111. The event information acquisition part 112 acquires event information for the holding content of an optional event. The weather information acquisition part 113 acquires weather information for the weather of the holding area of the event.
