PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster-stricken presentation information generating apparatus appropriate for generating disaster-stricken presentation information of relatively high accuracy, a disaster-stricken presentation information generating method, a mobile communication terminal and a disaster-stricken information registration method.;SOLUTION: A disaster-stricken presentation information generating server 30 includes: a disaster-stricken information registration section 30e for controlling registration processing of disaster-stricken information via a mobile communication terminal 20; a disaster-stricken information storage section 30f for storing the registered disaster-stricken information; a disaster-stricken information selection section 30g for selecting disaster-stricken information registered by the mobile communication terminal 20, that receives emergency prompt report mail, from the disaster-stricken information storage section 30f in response to an output request of disaster-stricken presentation information from a terminal of a third party or the like; a disaster-stricken presentation information generation section 30h for generating disaster-stricken presentation information on the basis of the selected disaster-stricken information; and a disaster-stricken presentation information output section 30i for outputting the generated disaster-stricken presentation information to the terminal of the third party.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
