PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high transmission speed and to reduce a bit error rate in a frequency selectivity fading propagation environment and in a propagation environment in which a subcarrier where it is difficult to form an independent transmission path is present.;SOLUTION: The device refers to the number of bits transmittable by a subcarrier allocating part 10 or required transmission power, adaptively selects the number of systems of transmission data and a set of reception antennas 7a and 7b in accordance with a fluctuation in a propagation environment so as to increase the number of transmission bits and reduce the required transmission power, and adjusts the number of transmission bits of each subcarrier and transmission power so as to satisfy required quality.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
