PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aggregate reclaimed from a waste concrete in a construction and a concrete composition using it. SOLUTION: The aggregate is manufactured by electrochemically removing chloride ions from the waste concrete. The manufacturing process comprises the steps of pulverizing the waste concrete and the step of removing the chloride ions as low as =0.1%, preferably =0.04%.
