PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite bottom cutter for a dam body of a pool, which can achieve sure water intake and sure maintenance and management of the pool. PSOLUTION: The bottom gutter is provided in a lower end portion of the dam body 3 of the pool 2 so as to horizontally cross the lower end portion. A flexible conduit structure 12 constructed in a main body zone 9 is connected to a rigid conduit structure 10 constructed in a water shielding zone 7 of the dam body through a flexible connection part. An inner end portion of the rigid conduit structure 10 is connected to a water intake structure 22, and a water shielding wall part 17 is provided in the longitudinal middle portion thereof. A sludge opening part 25 provided in the water intake structure 22 is openable and closable by a door body 23, and a gutter body 27 for water intake is connected to an upper portion of the water intake structure. The flexible conduit structure 12 includes flexible resin tubes 223 and 223 connected to each other through a flexible joint part 225, and a discharge port 41 at the outer end thereof.
