PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing the decrease of an active form TGFb1 concentration in skin (especially dermis) as a major objective.;SOLUTION: This active principle inducing the conversion of an inactive latent type TGFb into the active type TGFb is provided. Also especially, the use of the above active principle for producing a composition increasing the concentration of the active type TGFb1 in the skin (especially the dermis) is provided.
