PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new inductive load device or a method for starting a resistive load device and a device for starting software for a single phase for performing various start operations corresponding to the characteristics of a negative load.;SOLUTION: This start method is characterized by performing phase control to adjust the voltage effective value of an output by controlling the timing of a trigger pulse to be supplied to a semiconductor switch 11, setting arbitrarily a start voltage, setting arbitrarily the time from the start voltage to a full voltage, and conducting a step-up operation to simultaneously shift the start voltage to the full voltage at the point of time when a phase angle in the phase control becomes a prescribed value in a stage during the shift of the start voltage to the full voltage. Since the optimal rising time can be arbitrarily set, it is possible to smoothly increase output or currents, and to sharply improve the lifetime of the load device itself and equipment connected to the load device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
