PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornament member suitable for a method of tying a Cool Biz necktie.;SOLUTION: A necktie attachment is to attach a necktie at a position under a twisted part of the necktie wound around the neck, which is twisted once in front of collars with one end hung forward, crossing over the twisted part from behind the twisted part, to be layered on the other end. The necktie attachment has a holder means for holding the double-layered part of the necktie in such a state as gathered narrower than the twisted part. The necktie attachment can be used for a regular necktie as well as the Cool-Biz necktie which is shorter than the regular one.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
