The cutoff section, perceiving electric leakage occurrence, cuts off power source in the electric leakage cutout gear in order to perceive the leakage current which flows backward in the time of electric leakage cutoff. The leakage current sensor the cutoff section is connected electrically between the input terminal and the output terminal of the aforementioned cutoff section, after power source is cut off by the cutoff section, carries out the function which perceives the leakage current which flows backward from the output terminal. The aforementioned way, electric leakage occurs, after power source is cut off by the cutoff section, it is possible to distinguish the electric leakage state from now on easily by perceiving the leakage current which flows backward to load side. In addition, when in the electric leakage cutout gear which has the expedient which can return the cutoff switch, the aforementioned leakage current sensor is provided, electric leakage state is cancelled and it is possible to return circumstance and the cutoff switch.
