PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file name conversion method of image data and a file name conversion program of image data that facilitate conversion of a file name of image data by an electronic device on a photographing spot when a subject is photographed by a digital camera.;SOLUTION: The file name conversion method is used for converting a unique file name, imparted by a digital camera 10 to image data of a subject imaged by the digital camera 10, into a prescribed file name by an electronic device 12 while transmitting the image data wirelessly or in a wired manner to the electronic device 12.
