PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating a microorganism distribution and a nutrient salinity distribution of contaminated soil by predicting the behavior in the microorganism and the nutrient salinity in the ground.;SOLUTION: In the method for estimating the time change of the microorganism distribution and the nutrient salinity distribution of contaminated soil by a computer simulation in a moving dispersion analysis using a mass transfer model, the mass transfer model is the simultaneous one of a differential equation groundwater analysis about a flow fluid of the ground and of a differential equation of a moving dispersion analysis about the concentration distribution of the microorganism and the concentration distribution of the nutrient salinity, and in each of the differential equations of the moving analysis, the density of water is given as a function depending on the density of fresh water contained in the water, the concentration of the microorganism and the concentration of the nutrient salinity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
