PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a web browser for a user to operate license agreement registration processing and a license agreement object software, on separate hosts, and to change information input by the user when concluding license agreement after distributing the license agreement object software.;SOLUTION: A URL within the software requiring agreement registration for starting up license registration processing is transferred to a license agreement information input server for input processing information required for license registration, and the license agreement information input server transfers a request for registering a license to the transferred URL, after inputting the required information.
