PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reliably achieving uniqueness assurance corresponding to cooperation between a plurality of communication protocols when dispersing loads to a plurality of servers.;SOLUTION: A client 2 stores the same identification information in messages having respectively different communication protocols and transmits the messages. Each primary SLB 13 refers to uniqueness assurance information indicating correspondence relationship between a session generated in a presence server 11 and a message corresponding to the session to select a transfer destination of the message received from the client 2. When the uniqueness assurance information corresponding to the received message is not registered, the primary SLB transfers the message to a secondary SLB 14. The secondary SLB 14 determines a presence server 11 to which the message transferred from the primary SLB 13 is to be transferred and transfers the message to the determined presence server. A message to be transferred to the same server 11 as that of the first message is transferred after registering the uniqueness assurance information corresponding to the transferred first message.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
