PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a false detection evaluation device, an organization analysis system and a false detection evaluation program for evaluating a result of detecting a position of an object without requiring any accurate calibration or highly dense sensor network.;SOLUTION: An operation type generation part 28 generates an operation type as a sequence of symbol names representing behavior forms of a plurality of objects, and generates an operation type group as a set of the operation type. An operation type likelihood prediction and correction part 30 sets the parameter of a probability model so that the operation type group can be most satisfactorily reproduced, and extracts the typical operation type as a symbol name sequence having the highest likelihood by using the parameter. A detection result evaluation part 32 compares the typical operation type extracted by the operation type likelihood prediction and correction part 30 with the individual operation detection result of the candidate, and detects the symbol name sequence having the extremely lower likelihood than the likelihood of the typical operation type, and evaluates false detection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
