PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of confirmation works by visualizing the features of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. PSOLUTION: The Pharmaceutical Affairs Law feature model creating device acquires the article text data of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law and the input from outside, creates conversion rules for converting the article text data into a Pharmaceutical Affairs Law feature model indicating the features of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law based on the acquired input information, and registers the rules in a database. The device extracts the plurality of features from the article text data based on the registered conversion rules, creates the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law model containing the information regarding the features and the information to associate the features mutually, and registers the model in the database for management.
