PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an analyst to classify subjects without regard to differences of ways of proceeding with processes other than a process to be noticed, to classify the differences of ways of proceeding with a plurality of processes to be noticed with the difference of the sequential relation of the processes divided, and to easily specify a viewpoint of classification for expressing and dividing the ways of proceeding with processes as a feature, when classifying the subjects in terms of ways of proceeding with processes in business.;SOLUTION: To the business process instance expressing a way of proceeding with a process for each of the subjects, an anonymization processing part 8 anonymizes the activity instance of processes other than the process to be noticed, which is specified beforehand, in the business process instance of subjects to be classified; an integration processing part 9 integrates adjacent anonymous activity instances in the anonymized business process instance; and a subject classification part 10 classifies the subjects into categories on the basis of match/unmatch in the anonymized and integrated business process instance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
