PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, although measurement of rail behavior, particularly vertical displacement is very important in view of safety management, its direct measurement is not generally performed due to the effect of vibration, impact, or the like.;SOLUTION: (1) A track vertical displacement gauge is provided, which includes a built-in electrolyte inclination sensitive element, an attachment surface part, and a space member. (2) A method of measuring track vertical displacement is provided, in which a plurality of the track vertical displacement gauges are provided for specific rail sections, respectively, and outputs thereof are converted into vertical displacement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
