PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful functional liquid crystal material, and the like regarding a liquid crystal material, a compound, a piezochromic light-emitting material, a liquid crystal material film, a coating material, and a method for producing a liquid crystal material film.;SOLUTION: The liquid crystal material comprising a core of light-emitting site and a dendron skeleton bound to the core, wherein the two phases are directly transferred to each other in a liquid crystal state in response to an external stimulation to change the color of emitted light. According to the constitution, a useful functional liquid crystal material whose emitted light color can be returned to the original color in a liquid crystal state is obtained. There is provided the liquid crystal material, further having branched alkyl groups bound to the outer edge portions of the dendron skeleton. According to the constitution, the liquid crystal material more stable in the liquid crystal state is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
