The device has a heat exchange unit i.e. heat exchanger (13) for transferring heat from a substrate (14) to a liquid to be circulated in a liquid circuit i.e. windscreen washer liquid circuit, formed of orifice (7b), ducts (8b) and a closed heating circuit, of a motor vehicle. Wind-screen washer liquid reservoir (6) includes orifices for distributing the windscreen washing liquid on the headlights, wind-screen (P) and/or a rear window for cleaning. The closed heating circuit includes a circulation pump for forcing the circulation of the liquid in the pump.
