The riser has a central riser structure (1) for displacing a person at a height by successively advancing right and left tripods (3), and front, rear and side steps formed of a single block demountable and adjustable in the height. The tripods are articulated at each side of the central structure and assembled to a footrest (2). A handle tube (5) is fixed on the central structure, and a tool holder (7) is assembled on the handle tube, where a protection rail is added on the handle tube.
