The panel (1) has hollow facing panels (2, 4) separated by a flat meshed structure (6) that includes flat and parallel faces (7b, 7c), where each face is integrated to the panels (2, 4). The structure has through holes (6a) forming a mesh so that the meshing structure absorbs noise. The meshing structure includes an absorbent acoustic material layer and includes polygonal, square and circular meshes. The meshes have edges (7a) perpendicular to the faces of the structure. Acoustic absorption pavement (12) is placed inside the mesh of the structure.
