The chamber (2) has a fixed element mounted on a drain spout (1) between a valve (V) and connection end piece (10). A mobile element (4) i.e. cover, has an inner cavity (Cl) and a mouthpiece (42). The element (4) is placed and connected to the fixed element at the mouthpiece so that the cavity surrounds the end piece, while a space for passage and circulation of washing liquid is provided around the end piece. Tubular liquid outlet pipe (30) is placed tangentially at a lowest point of the chamber and a liquid outlet pipe (31) extends symmetrically in the extension of pipe (30).
