Sheet metal based piece supplying device for superplastic hot-pressing press in workshop, has heating shuttle rolling path extended below press and elongated outside press from side of press in shuttle accommodation zones
The device has a heating shuttle (7) for transporting a lower matrix (5) that holds a forming tool (4), and a cover (2). The shuttle completes a press, and forms a base of the press during hot pressing operation. A heating shuttle rolling path (8) is extended below the press and elongated outside the press from a side of the press in shuttle accommodation zones (13a, 13b). A vertically movable slide (1) has a retractable unit e.g. support shoe, to grip and retain the cover. The unit rotates around an axis perpendicular to insertion/extraction direction of the cover in the slide. An independent claim is also included for a method for supplying a superplastic hot -pressing press.
