Secured action percussion device for e.g. automatic long gun, has armor following path in rear direction until armor releases striker in end of travel to propel striker towards front under spring action to generate firing of ammunition
The device has a mobile striker (4) with a projection and a point at the front to fire ammunition, where the striker is constrained by a spring whose tension is releasable in a front direction. An armor (3) is movable by a detent (2) from a rest position in which the armor hooks the projection, and follows a path in a rear direction when the armor is supported on the detent until the armor releases the striker in an end of travel by being subsided under an action of a disconnector (5), to propel the striker towards the front under the action of the spring to generate firing of the ammunition.
