The device (10) has an elastomer intermediate dampening body (21) placed between inner and outer collars (22, 20). A dampen layer forming part (211) of the body is supported on an internal bearing surface (203) of the outer collar. The body includes a projection forming part (212) extending from the part (211) of the body and inserted in a circular cavity (221) of the inner collar so that the projection rests on a bottom of the cavity of the inner collar, while ends of discs (222, 223) of the inner collar are close to the part without pressing.
