The nail (1) has two ends with different elasticities, and a proximal locking device (2) formed by a curved part (11), where the nail has non-constant diameter and a length of 11-17 centimeters, and is made of elastic metal alloy. A distal locking device (3) is constituted of a flexible, curved and tapered distal end (13), and a straight part (12). The curved part extends over a length around 5 centimeters along an inclination comprised between 15 and - 5 degrees. The distal end is fixed in a narrow proximal portion of a medullar part. An independent claim is also included for an ancillary device for implementing a percutaneous radial nail.
