The element (4) has two metallic flexible coaxial inner and outer tubes (41, 42) maintained in relative position by end flanges (43) provided with passage holes (44), where the tube (41) defines a central passage (46), and an annular channel (45) is formed between the tubes. The passage allows the passing of exhaust gas from an engine towards an exhaust line. The channel allows the passing of recirculated gas from the exhaust line towards the engine.
