The device (10) has a control system for controlling distribution of mass of a vehicle (12). The control system has a displacement unit formed by a steel section (15) that serves as a guiding rail for a battery box (11). The displacement unit displaces the battery box and varying center of gravity (G) of the vehicle, based on position and dynamics of the vehicle. The displacement unit has a guiding system (14) for guiding the battery box by longitudinal translation.
