Communication network e.g. cellular telephony network, for e.g. mobile terminal, has management center including operator center computing units with mass memory for transmitting corrective increment value to management center
The network has terminals e.g. mobile telephone, where one of the terminals is equipped with connection units. A management center has operator center computing units with a mass memory for calculating corrective increment value according to comparison result of cumulative utilization quantity and predetermined threshold value based on a calculation rule stored in the computing units and determined by the comparison result to add the increment value to an incremental user counter associated to an identification code. The computing units transmit the increment value to the management center. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a communication network.
