The device has a long arm (2) and an arm (3) with different lengths parallel to each other and connected by a sleeve (4). A strap (5) is durably fixed on the device between a base (1) and the sleeve. A knob (6) is provided at an end of the long arm (2) so as to allow a user e.g. police officer, to be defended by giving a shot in a chest, shoulder or in a belly of an individual for destabilizing the individual, while the user is defended against the individual coming behind him by giving shots in the belly, shoulder or chest by pivoting the device around 180 degree.
