The assembly has a fixation plate (7) fixed to an internal combustion engine and arranged besides a catalyser (3). The plate has a set of locking straps (9a, 9b) surrounding the catalyser and flattening against the plate, where the plate has two upper strap sliding passages (19a1, 19a2) through which the strap slides freely. The strap is provided with retain outgrowths (90a, 90b) when the retain outgrowths stop against edges of the passage to ensure anti-sliding blocking of the strap.
