Combined endfitting-hook for cover of roof/top of body of motor vehicle, has endfitting connected to hook by component that adapts to tolerance affecting distance separating end of cover section from indexing unit provided on groove of roof
The endfitting-hook has an endfitting (6) for closing an end of a section of a cover. The endfitting is connected to a hook (5) by a flexible connection component (7) i.e. accordion folded arm, that adapts to the tolerance affecting the distance separating the end of the section of the cover from an indexing unit i.e. indexing tooth (14), provided on a groove (8) of a roof of a motor vehicle. The connection component is elastically deformed along a longitudinal axis of the section of the cover, in a direction (X).
