The disposable bag has a sealed hollow body (10) containing water-soluble powders (20) i.e. grinded inorganic powder, for removing an oil film on a windshield of a vehicle. The sealed hollow body is soft, permeable and water-absorbable. The body is made of non-woven cloth, cotton cloth, and cotton sheet. The water-soluble powder are made of an inorganic material selected from a group consisting of magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, manganese oxide, copper oxide, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, iron oxide and mixtures.
