Pneumatic energy exchanger for e.g. motor unit's air generator in car, has primary chambers mechanically connected with corresponding secondary chambers such that mechanical energy is entirely absorbed and delivered to secondary gas
The exchanger has primary chambers (10A, 10B) traversed by a primary gas, and secondary chambers (11A, 11B) traversed by a secondary gas. Pressure of the secondary gas in an outlet of each secondary chamber is higher than pressure of the secondary gas in an inlet of the secondary chamber. Each primary chamber is mechanically connected with the corresponding secondary chamber such that mechanical energy from the primary gas and delivered by the primary chamber is entirely absorbed, with low loss, by the secondary chamber and delivered to the secondary gas.
