Population and asset predictive distribution simulating method for urban space i.e. France island, involves representing calculated distribution of population on urban space, and distributing microeconomic evaluation results and assests
The method involves estimating an intermediate variable i.e. housing price, resulting from an estimated population of a homogeneous zone. A population matrix is recalculated based on a convergence function of the intermediate variable and a state of the calculated matrix, till obtaining a non-cooperative equilibrium, in an iterative manner. Calculated distribution of a population on an urban space i.e. France island, is represented, and microeconomic evaluation results and assets are distributed.
